    CATHARSIS. SKIN: CONCENTRATED AQUEOUS SOLUTION OR DUST MAY CAUSE
    LOCAL IRRITATION. EYES: MAY CAUSE LOCAL IRRITATION.
Effects of Overexposure:INGESTION: SOME EXTREME CASES MAY SHOW CYANOSIS
    (BLUS SKIN) AND FALLIN BLOOD PRESSURE, INDICATED BY HEADACHE, FLUSH
    SKIN, VOMITING, DIZZINESS.

=======================  First Aid Measures  =======================

First Aid:EYES: FLUSH THOROUGHLY WITH WATER FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES,
    LIFTING LOWER AND UPPER EYELIDS OCCASIONALLY. IF IRRITATION
    DEVELOPS OR PERSISTS, GET MEDICAL ATTENTION. SKIN: FLUSH WITH

    SELF-CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHING. AVOID
    SPLATTERING MOLTEN MATERIAL. FLOOD WITH LARGE AMOUNTS OF WATER IN
    EARLY STAGES.
Unusual Fire/Explosion Hazard:STRONG OXIDIZER! CONTACT WITH OTHER
    MATERIALS MAY CAUSE FIRES. FIRE OR EXCESSIVE HEAT MAY PRODUCE
    HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS. GREATLY INCREASES BURNING RATE OF
    COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS.

==================  Accidental Release Measures  ==================

Spill Release Procedures:RECOVE FOR USE IF NOT CONTAMINATED. SWEEP UP
    AND PLACE IN SUITABLE CONTAINER FOR PROPER DISPOSAL. LABEL
    "OXIDIZER".
